We may ask for additional documents, such as a partnership agreement, trust deed or constitutional documents, to confirm who owns and controls the entity.

👥 Directors and beneficial owners

During the application we verify the identity of a director or authorised representative and of every ultimate beneficial owner, typically anyone who owns or controls more than 25% of the company. Where your directors and beneficial owners live, and their citizenship, are taken into account.
Directors, authorised representatives and beneficial owners who are citizens of the countries listed below must hold a valid residence permit in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Applications are subject to enhanced review.
